One save is one save, whether it is a tweet-length recipe or a 40-page PDF. Unlimited means unlimited for normal use: past 500 processed saves a month we will get in touch before anything changes.

If you stop paying

Everything you have saved stays readable and searchable, forever. Lapsing changes what we will newly read for you, never what you can reach. You keep export, you keep search, you keep every item.

## Questions about the money.

What happens when I hit twenty?

Nothing is lost. The save goes into your library exactly as you sent it, and we read it when your allowance resets on the first of the month. You can also upgrade and have it processed straight away.

Does a long PDF cost more of my allowance?

No. A document is one item, like everything else. It genuinely costs us more to read, and we have decided that is our problem rather than yours.

Is there a free trial of the paid plan?

Seven days, on the annual plan. The monthly plan has no trial, because the free plan already is one: twenty saves a month, indefinitely, with nothing switched off.

What if a payment fails?

We keep everything working while you sort it out, and we tell you the date. Nothing gets deleted either way.

Do I pay once for all the apps?

One subscription covers your account, so iPhone, Android, the browser extension and the web app are all included. Buy it wherever is easiest.
